* gdk-pixbuf-scale.c (gdk_pixbuf_rotate_simple):
* gdk-pixbuf-scale.c (gdk_pixbuf_flip): New functions to
rotate pixbufs by multiples of 90 degrees and to flip them
horizontally or vertically.
